US DOMESTIC SHIPPING

We charge a flat rate of $10 for shipping on all orders. The shipping fee is nonrefundable.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

At the moment, we only ship to the United States and Canada.

Production of your made-to-measure dress begins when the order is received.

Each made-to-measure dress at Blush & Peony is produced with the utmost attention to fit and quality.

Kindly allow 4 to 6 weeks for production and shipping.

30-DAY RETURN POLICY

At Blush & Peony, every dress is made-to-measure with care and attention to detail. When you place an order, we begin reserving materials, allocating production time, and preparing with the team for the custom creation of your piece. Because of the personalized process, we kindly ask that you review our cancellation and return policies below.

CANCELLATIONS

We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

  • Within 48 hours of placing your order: you may cancel for a refund, minus a 10% processing fee.

  • After 48 hours (even if measurements haven’t been submitted): A 20% administrative fee will apply.

  • After measurements have been submitted: Production has begun, thus, orders are considered final and no longer eligible for cancellation.

RETURNS

Due to the custom nature of our pieces, we do not accept full returns on made-to-measure items. However, if you are unsatisfied with your dress, you may return it in original, unworn, and unwashed condition with all tags attached within 7 days of delivery for a 50% refund. Kindly note that return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
